Honestly, one of the best series I’ve read. I loved it, more than Caraval tbh but I enjoyed both series. The story toes the line between fairytale and story so well, Stephanie’s writing feels like you’re suddenly dropped in such a fairytale like world. It doesn’t feel like fantasy. It feels like a fairytale. I loved it. It was whimsical and magical in the right places. Serious in the right moments. And the romance??? For a couple that never kissed once until the very end it was just so perfect. I loved it.
