Emily Henry definitely had a hold on my heart!
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. I highlighted a lot of passages that seemed to tie things together with the overall story, as well as those that spoke to me on a personal level. I definitely loved the relationship between Nora and Libby, but I felt Nora was way too protective as an older sister.
I did go into this thinking it was going to be focused on an enemies to lovers relationship, but I didn’t really feel that. I will say I do like the dynamic and banter between Nora and Charlie. The increase in flirtations kept me intrigued and wanting more.
One thing I would love to have seen more of is interactions with locals. Coming from a small town myself, you get a lot of characters in the community. I wanted to see Nora and/or Libby forming more relationships in town.
I think this will be a book I definitely read again!
