Children of Ruin by Adrian Tchaikovsky

5.0

SO GOOD. I wasn’t sure whether I was fully on board with this book until I was roughly halfway through, the pace is a little heavier than Children of Time and the additional storylines make it a little harder to follow, but once it all started coming together.. I. COULDN’T. STOP.

I loved the twists and turns of Avrana Kern, the problem solving of inter species communication and the continuation of the evolution of the main characters.

Immersive, thought provoking, boundary pushing. Brilliant!
