The Summer Garden by Paullina Simons

4.0

I loved Paullina Simons's captivating writing style in The Summer Garden, but for the most part, nothing happened in this book. I especially liked the flashbacks, but they didn't really add much to the story. It just felt like one giant epilogue. I think the first two books (including the epilogue in the first version of the 2nd book) make a really beautiful duology. I wouldn't really recommend this book, but if you would love reading more about Tatiana and Alexander, this is a nice extra book. The Summer Garden was still a very captivating read, you should just not go into it expecting it to be as good as the first two ones.
