I don't know how to feel about this book in all honesty. To me it is rather depressing, with how their lives pan out, and how empty they feel without each other. How all the bad things happened when they weren't together. It makes you see that if you just communicated more instead of assuming what the other person wants then everything could work out differently. They went through years of being on and off just because they didn't communicate. I do love how they always end up back together.
It's a good book, I kept reading it so it must have been good. Just maybe don't read if you are not in a good headspace and triggered by sexual violence etc
