Holy smokes! There's so much about this read that had the emotions rolling! Right out of the gate I loved Reese. Yes, she's a star, but she's human too, and my heart just broke for what she's been dealing with. Then we have Ford. He's a hard one to like at first. Grumpy, rude, an absolute ... fill in that blank as you will. But as the story progresses, as we get deeper into him, he's one that you have to love. These two have more in common that they know, and I feel these mental health moments were handled well, can run deep, and leave you shook. I love their growth, the connection, and how those emotions will sneak up on you! It's a great read in a loved series and I'm ready to dig in to the next book!
