How was this book so good? How did Thom, the a-hole, make me fall in love with him alongside Clay? Okay, I can answer one of those and it's that Clay made me fall in love with Thom, but STILL.
We all know I love a good, cute, LGBT love story, and this was that - in enemies to lovers, political, fake dating fashion. There were so many tropes in this book I'm surprised they didn't trip over each other. Did I still love it? Absolutely. Although, I wanted a bit more reasoning behind the enemies portion of this. It felt one sided and like Thom only disliked Clay because he was loud and had little tact at work - is that enough to be enemies? Clay didn't have much to complain about regarding Thom in the beginning.
Would I still devour this again? No question.
