This sequel to "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" picks up right where the first leaves off. Charlie, Grandpa Joe and Willy Wonka pick up the rest of Charlie's family and end up in space. They encounter a American space hotel, creatures called vermicious knids and more. I recently reread this, not having read it since I was a kid. It has all of the weirdness of the first book, but none of the charm. It's also a bit boring. It's just okay.
