I went back and forth on how I felt about Aero pretty much the entire book, but loving him won out in the end. The title of this book is so spot on, because he shows his love in some twisted ways but there’s no denying it. The change of the MFC was amazing. I loved the way they helped each other grow. This book will be a hard read for some because it’s about something a lot of people like to live in denial about. The depravity within the church. I don’t agree with a lot of the negativity about the church and Christianity, but given what happened to the MMC I can see why someone in his position would feel feel the way he does. When he broke and told her what happened, it was heartbreaking! It just made the end that much sweeter. Good read, definitely recommend!
