Finn's Fantasy by K.C. Wells

4.0

A group of friends that grew up together and have kept their friendships close throughout the years still has adventures to live. Each man has a story to tell, and this is Finn’s. When an older man comes to the beach where Finn is working to walk his dog, he catches Finn’s eye. Joel has come to town to figure his life out and do some inner searching. Once the two men notice each other the sparks begin to fly. Will Finn and Joel find what they are looking for?

I enjoyed Finn and Joel’s story. The two are good together and it was sweet to watch their relationship take shape. Joel is a man who is just finding himself and must work through a lot. It was nice to see all the support that Joel has from his family. I only wish that his son acted a bit more mature than he did. The son does a lot of adult things but acts like a young immature teenager when it comes to his relationship with his father but everyone reacts differently so I cannot blame him. I also enjoyed seeing the friendship between Finn and his group. The men truly care about each other and support one another and that added a nice dimension to this story. Finn and Joel’s story is a sweet and well-developed story full of wonderful characters. It grabbed my attention right from the start and has me eagerly waiting for the other men’s stories to come.
