This was recommended as an excellent, gentle immersive read. Mainly it was people screwing around with whoever crossed their path. Every so often there would be a lovely depiction of the court or the countryside, but it was then followed by buxom beauties getting their jollies on. So I suppose the sweet romance between Emilia and Peter was all the more dignified. Honestly, not at all what I was expecting. Not my thing.
