This was such a good read! TJR knocks it out of the park again with this 1980s set space adventure. I found Vanessa and Joan to be really likable characters, Barbara made me want to grab her by the shoulders and shake her, and Frances so adorable and in need of a good hug. I enjoyed the themes and challenges the characters faced, it all felt very relevant to the time period and workfield which wasn’t all that long ago. This story is sad but also hopeful which TJR balances realistically and enjoyably in this one. Definitely recommend it!
