The Crimson King by Graham McNeill

3.0

I really enjoyed the slightly weirder aspect of this novel, how much of it was just characters wandering through the warp and chatting to daemons and stuff. Less battles but interesting look at the characters and lore. I liked Ahriman, and enjoyed it starting to move down the path of him making bad choices for the right reasons. I also liked him using powers and the general more magic-y aspects. Not something I'd recommend to someone who isn't into that kind of thing though, didn't feel very similar to a lot of other 40k novels.
