I loved this book the first time through and now rereading it in my adulthood it still stands up as one of my favourite series. Spy fiction with all the crazy scenarios and over the top gadgets you could want. I was so happy to return to Smithers and his insane inventions too, probably one of my favourite characters from the series. He's one of the few who actually has Alex's well being in mind.
Maybe childhood nostalgia is biasing my review, but i'm keeping this at 5 stars. Have and will reread forever!
