Honestly, there are so many things I can say about this book, but the only thing I feel makes sense is this: I have never been more confused and at the same time so intrigued by a book before.
For so long I had very little clue as to what exactly was happening, not in a way where the story is hard to follow, but in the way that I constantly found new questions I wanted answers to. At the same time, I can't tell what those questions were, I just didn't exactly know what or how of something and the only thing left to do then is keep reading, so I did and god, so much happens.
I still have a myriad of questions I can't compose, but there's two more books in this trilogy and I cannot wait to continue.
I highly recommend this book in every way possible and I curse the fact that it took so long for me to actually pick it up from my shelf of unread books.
