I really loved 90% of the book. An excellent lesson in loosening the weight of regret and seeking ownership over our lives, but the ending fell apart for me. I don't think the we overcome depression with a positive perspective is a powerful, moving or even realistic narrative.
Graphic: Suicide and Suicide attempt
Moderate: Self harm
Minor: Vomit
