Mark frost's info-dump of twin peaks stories is a pathetic follow up to the entertaining "Secret History of Twin Peaks". While SHTP had the unique angle of presenting itself as an ad hoc collection of documents from across time (and space ), this follow up's dry, exposition heavy FBI report lacks the same charm. One might enjoy some of the vignettes staring a few favorite Twin Peaks locals, but those looking for a blue rose better keep searching.
