ooOoOoh that ending was a nice spicy cliffhanger and we love to see it! The combat in this is just so cool, and everything is just so extra and so anime (which of course it is, but like it's been a hot minute since I've read manga and I am absolutely loving the change in pace and tone from my usual stuff).

Anyways, I am having a gosh darn wonderful time reading this so far and I really should get myself back into reading manga more often hahaha.

Ahh this was great - some amazing parallels between Guts and the old man who helped him

Imagine having your arm torn off and watching someone rape someone you loved - IMAGINE THAT GUTS.

 But yeah, great to see the insane like, complexity and inner struggle with Guts right from the jump. Poor guy.
