A solid debut crime novel set on a college campus, but it does suffer some from the unrealistic choices the main character makes. The audiobook narrator was good and I switched back and forth between the ebook and audiobook depending on what I was doing at the time. I always enjoy a campus setting and a good procedural. This one is very dark at times, as the main character, Marlitt, is jaded by all the ways she has seen people hurt one another. If you're a sucker for crime stories revolving around Greek life on campus and police procedurals, I recommend giving this book a try.
