I really wanted to love this book but I lost the thrill about 2/3 through it. I loved the challenges through the war and the mysteries about her family but when

she was caught and taken away

I lost the excitement for the book. I have nothing against the history, I just started to feel like the story lost my interest when I knew what was going to happen in the future. I was still of course heartbroken at the end and overall still very happy with this read.
