Superstitions: A Handbook of Folklore, Myths, and Legends from Around the World by D. R. McElroy
2.5
Pros:
- pretty cover
- included myths/gods/creatures/superstitions from all over the world
Cons:
- was lazy in details with the ones I knew, so I wasn't too sure about the accuracy with the rest
- felt off and even a bit disrespectful when talking about Indigenous cultures and their beliefs
- superstitions made up only a very small part of the book
if you're interested in learning about folklore and superstitions there are definitely much better books out there
