I did really enjoy reading this and found it genuinely creepy but I also felt like the dual perspectives became confusing/alienating because Louie’s consisted of days and days and Noemi’s was just the one night. There were a ton of characters and so some of them felt a little thin and hard to keep track of. I also don’t think I understand how the present storyline relates to the past one. And Noemi as a character really annoyed me lol. Like so immature what do you mean you are a 40 year old woman (maybe that was on purpose tho)
Overall I think I wish the book was just the story about Louie in 1986
