The Heir by Grace Burrowes
2.0
Oh, what a pair of dumb motherfuckers.
This book dragged on two chapters more than it should have because of romance-novel ~ misunderstandings ~ and ~ does he really love me ~. The main dude sexually harasses our heroine pretty much constantly throughout the novel, and then once her Secret Noble Heritage is revealed he stops because, I guess, it's only okay if your victim is working-class?
Did not like the fatphobia with the villainous characters. Did not like everything getting resolved with the least conflict possible. The domesticity was alright, but I can't help but think that Westhaven did not deserve all that sweet lemonade and marzipan.
