It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover

5.0

I started this at 3am and finished it at 6am. It tells you 3 things:
One - I couldn't put it down.
Two - I kept crying and still I prevailed.
and three...I finished it. And I loved it.

This book was so real and the issue it dealt with is common in our world. CoHo used her mother's experiences and because of that, my heart broke for those who silently suffer. It gave me a new viewpoint and seeing things in Lily's POV saved me because I finally understood, or got as close to understanding as possible.
Thank you Colleen, for writing this. I can only imagine how hard it was and how many times you erased something. I love you for making me fall in love, only to rip it away so I felt more akin to Lily. I highly recommend this book if you want a sensitive issue explored and if you want to understand more about the topic.
