I would not recommend you going into this expecting horror. Expect fantasy. I’d recommend it to fans of T. Kingfisher, because it’s got the fantasy/vaguely-spooky vibes of her stuff. It wasn’t my kind of story, personally. I’ll probably forget everything about it in a day.
