i always  saw this book in shops and wanted it because the cover was cute but i never enjoyed the sound of the actual story but when i heard it was becoming a movie and miss taylor swift would have a song i was like. yes. so i bought it and i made myself read it and honestly, i loved it.

it was so beautifully written and the things spoken about was so interesting. at first it was hard to enjoy the book as much as i would with others seen as it’s not my typical genre but once the story grew i honestly couldn’t put it down, it took me longer to read because of the language obviously cause it’s like 1952 and all that stuff in America but honestly, was worth the read and i’m extremely excited for the movie now. this book will be one of them books that deserve to be a movie i think, like i have high hopes for it.

i did cry at the end but that’s because i was attached to kaya by that point and i actually liked her a lot.
