Much of this book was excellent, but the chapter about private companies/citizens violating others’ “free speech rights,” instantly made me lose a lot of respect. Girl, that’s not how the damn Constitution works... This basic error is a major pet peeve. If you’re gonna opine about Constitutional rights, educate yourself first.
