Oh my God? I was actually downright terrified by the events in this book?

I am never wrong for choosing to stan Neil Gaiman. I have loved almost everything of his works that I got my hands on. I was actually a little intimidated to read this book and I did try before but lost interest in it and thought that I was not going to enjoy it.

But my oh my... it was amazing. The writing, the world-building, and the gruesome scenes were portrayed vividly. The reason that I did not like this book that much is that I think the plot was kind of weak, but the ending was great. It was haunting and beautiful.

I'd definitely recommend it to everyone who is a fan of fantasy and horror.
