i think i would have connected with this way more if it was about 100 pages longer. loved the simplicity of the art and the exploration of familial relationships, generational trauma, and self love as it relates to being a woman. while i didn’t connect with this one as much as i would have hoped, i cant wait to see what mia oberländer writes in the future! finding out this was written for her master’s thesis makes me even more excited to see what’s in store in the future :)
