“Your shoulders were not meant to bear the weight of their expectations, Signa. You were not made to please others.”

What a beautiful sequel to Belladonna!! Every element I loved in the first book was still present in Foxglove. The book immediately continued the events that happened in Belladonna’s epilogue, and the plot moved smoothly from there.

Fate was definitely an interesting character, I thought I was going to dislike him but instead I just felt bad for him. Was he annoying when he wouldn’t leave Signa alone and kept getting between her and Death? Yes. But the poor guy was just desperate to be reunited with his lost love.

Signa, Blythe, and Death were still such amazing characters and I loved them even more, especially Blythe since she now has her own POV in the book.

This series has been an immediate favorite for me and I cannot wait to see what’s about to come for these characters and the people around them.
