Excellent read! Like an escape room with neverending puzzles that keep you guessing til the end. Highly recommend to readers who like adventure, murder mystery & a bit of sci-fi and are not afraid of darkness. Minus .25 for the writing style; some of the similes didn't make sense and emotions were described too basically. Even so, I did highlight several clever sentences! And plan to explore other books written by this author.
Moderate: Body horror, Gore, Violence, Murder
