Bound by the Millionaire's Ring by Dani Collins

The dedication of this book stole my heart:
Dear Reader, for being such a passionate, wonderful fan of romance.

Isidora Garcia has been introduced in the previous book as the daughter of the VP of PR of the Sauveterre family, who had a crush on Ramon. Now, she's herself their PR person, especially where sensitive family matters are concerned. Always the sibling to divert attention from the others since their sister Trella was kidnapped, Ramon again wants to do the same by announcing his retirement from his racing career. Now that Cinnia and Henri's babies are here, what with Trella's pregnancy, he needs to step up to manage Sauveterre International as well.

Ramon Sauveterre bosses around Isidora while simultaneously admiring her. And Isidora can't help but love him, even though she wants to hate him for having an alleged affair with her mother. I never imagined the dynamics the author introduced in the story. Whether it be the fake relationship or the father-daughter bond. There were so many relationships that weren't bonded by blood and yet they were beautiful.

It was so cute to see Ramon getting jealous of Isidora's ex. And not only that, his befuddlement at every one of his sibling being domestic was funny. But the epilogue with the happy ending, even two years down the line, is adorable. In one instance, Ramon and Isidora go to Makricosta Elite, I wonder if it is owned by Theo Makricosta from [b:An Heir to Bind Them|19302569|An Heir to Bind Them|Dani Collins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1391970776l/19302569._SY75_.jpg|27351918].

This story brings forth Trella's background and all that the family had to face, seeing that Ramon is the big bear brother responsible for her. Henri being responsible for Angelique. Ramon and Trella's little skirmishes are too cute. And this book made me anticipate reading the next one so much, what with showing Xavier and Trella the way it did.

P.S. She kept her eyes on the dancers, speaking just loudly enough for him to hear her over a song about loving cheap thrills.
That is a favourite song of mine, I hope I guessed it correctly though.

P.S. It's only recently that I discovered the background [a:Dani Collins|6572063|Dani Collins|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1505087522p2/6572063.jpg] shares on her website about each of her books as well as series. Bound by the Millionaire's Ring's background/extra read is here.
