Absolutely adore this book. I've always deeply believed in the principles Cal outlines here, but I've been hesitant to fully apply them because most people don't operate that way. I'm thrilled to see that my sense of the "rightness" of deep work is explained in the book in a clear and systematic manner. I started applying some principles immediately as I read, and the difference is already noticeable. I can't wait to test everything I've learned and see how it will impact my results!
