This was a really cool read. It was super informative and powerful. I loved learning about all the incredible women of color who influenced the aeronautics of America and its place in the Space Race over time. Sometimes, the pace felt a little too slow and it was a little difficult to absorb all the different names and facts, but overall an important book and I think the author did great recounting what happened. It’s clear she did a lot of research. I liked the movie based on the book a lot too, even if it was loosely based.
