Mercy by Jodi Picoult

1.0

For the first half of this book I felt like I was being punked. I genuinely kept checking to make sure I didn’t accidentally skip pages because the story line seemed like it came out of nowhere. I can’t bring myself to call a Jodi Picoult book bad but this one was straight up not good. I normally love to read her books because I feel like they address really relevant and often controversial issues. I picked up this one because I thought it was going to be about euthansia. And it was… I guess… but there were these side plots going on pretty much from the start. I realize I’m being harsh(:
