The Fork, the Witch, and the Worm by Christopher Paolini

2.0

I really like how this book was set up! It is a collection of separate stories, but they are all related.

One of my main problems with this book is that no one is where I want them to be, both physically and emotionally.

And even though these stories are short, I still feel like we got partial stories on most of these. For example, the initial meeting of Angela and Solembum is mentioned, but we don’t actually get that story. The one story that is fully told - and the longest in the book - I just didn’t care about.

Paolini definitely shines in writing longer books, but I don’t think this is his best work.
