Lucy is bumbling along very unhappily until her life comes to visit her and make her take care of him. It is quirky as all Cecelia Ahern’s books are with an element of fantasy within a very real world so you find that it is entirely plausible that Life writes to Lucy to tell her that she needs to take more care of herself and therefore everyone around her all of whom know that Life is sorting Lucy out.
