This series is so great. There hasn't been a book yet that was a let down. This one really increases the mythology of the series and fleshes (ha!) out the world a lot more. Rory really takes center stage in this book with the rest of the cast of characters kind of taking a back seat, but it's all for a good reason. I took off a star because something in the ending bothered me.

I really hate that Rory can't remember anything after drinking the mysterious drink that Jane gives her. All of that stuff between Rory and Stephen is basically pointless now. She won't even remember the Shadow Cabinet stuff!
