I have started this book in the past but for some reason i never ended up finishing it, something that i always wanted to do

The main reason that I picked up this book was because I ended up buying the complete series on Amazon and remembered just how excited i had first been to read it

I know that the reason that most people don't like this series is because of America and i have seen some people call her whiny, and honestly i wouldn't describe her in that way. She wouldn't be one of my favourite characters but I definitely wouldn't say that she made this book any less enjoyable

The big problem for me was the way that the other girls acted, i know that they are supposed to come across in the way that they do but there was still something about it that bothered me and i can't describe it

The thing that made this book ten times better than just the plot or some of the characters was Maxon, total book boyfriend material for me. I love his teasing relationship with America and the way that you can see him slowly falling for her, and the same for her

I would say that, even from the beginning, i wasn't a big fan of Aspen, i don't think that it was anything specific about him or his character, he just wasn't a favourite of mine

Overall i am looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series
