Graphic: Mental illness
Moderate: Ableism
yasmin is schizophrenic, and her experience rather overlaps with mine regarding ocd with poor insight and occasional psychotic symptoms due to said ocd, and it at times hits a little too close to home for me, especially the bit about the door. i've had obsessions that turn into delusions like that, and the compulsions to avoid the thing that's making you freak out are absolutely dreadful to the point it worms it's way into your head.
