THIS IS A ARC REVIEW, and may have spoilers.
This adorable HEA, centers around Cora, Desi, Seb and Tate. Core and Desi, are BFF’s who just happen to also be witches. While Seb and Tate, are two shifter werewolf brothers.
Maggie does a wonderful job at building a small town that you would want to not only visit but live in as well. Each character feels real, and fleshed out. And I quickly fell in love with each one of them, ESP Aunt Jett. Once you read it you will understand.
There are times, that it feels like you are getting information a second time, but that is more due to the dual POV. It goes back and forth between Cora and Seb. So, you may read one chapter from Cora’s pov, to then get some of it again, but from Seb’s point of view. I can see where that could get repetitive for some people, but I enjoyed seeing it from both POVs, even with the overlaps. Seeing how each one sees an interaction, reminds us all that nothing is ever black and white.
I really hope you all check this one out.
5/5 stars.
