AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, FUNNY, SEXY, HEARTFELT, PERFECTION
Just a couple of words I would use to describe the perfection that is On My Side by Katie Duggan. I am so thankful I picked up this series because there is something so special about Katie's writing. I was so thankful to get an ARC and be able to scream about how amazing this book was on release day because this truly was the best book I have read so far in 2025.
Ren and Audrey's dynamic was everything. I love sunshine x sunshine and mixing that in with he is her favorite spicy audio narrator and also her child's piano teacher was SO fun. Ren was down so bad and I loved the yearning that man was doing for the goddess that is Audrey. I loved their communication even though at times it was hard for Audrey you could see her trying and it truly melted my heart how much they cared for each other.
Piper was such a fun side character. My favorite parts of single parent romances are seeing the love interest develop a relationship with the single parent's child and loving them as an extension of their love for the fmc/mmc. It just gets me every time. Ren and Piper's relationship was so cute.
I could and very much want to talk about this book for days on end but I also want to give everyone the space to experience it for themselves. Katie's writing is so special and the way they showcase love in many forms, platonic, familial, and romantic, has made me fall in love with their writing. I cannot recommend this enough!
