“i knew then that we were like two pieces of cloth, sewn together for life. our stitches couldn’t be undone. i wouldn’t let them.”

oh my goodness! at first, i wasn't into it at all and would've given it a measly two stars. but i kept pushing through, and boy, am i glad i did! once it hit the 54% mark, it was like a switch flipped and suddenly, i was completely hooked. i was taken on an emotional rollercoaster that left me breathless, and i couldn't get enough. maia and edan are the ultimate swoon-worthy couple, and i was rooting for them the whole way through. even though the first half was a struggle, the second half was so amazing that i'm still giving this book a solid four stars! i've already got the sequel in my hands, and i can't wait to dive back into this incredible world! <3<3
