The forest itself is a hauntingly beautiful, terrifying landscape of fae creatures, laws and deals to be made. It is a fast-paced, bite-sized read and totally worth the journey. I'm so glad I picked this one up and definitely recommend it as a quick read between your bigger fantasy epics.
