Things I Overheard While Talking to Myself by Alan Alda

3.0

I like Alda's style.

This book is excerpts from a series of talks and speeches he's given over the years, mixed in with a lot of his own commentary and experiences, as well as the context for his speeches. He talks about his children, his wife, his closest friends, his love of science, his experiences on MASH, and a little bit of his politics and distancing himself from the faith of his childhood.

It's very easy to relate to Alan Alda, I think.
