Wow amazing! This is such a unique collection ranging in so many different tones and ideas. You rarely get to see the connectivity of food highlighted in such away. This flips from cerebral piece about tradition and culture to informative writing about ingredient facts to just whimsical intermittent ideas. The photography is yet another stunner. This final essay on coffee had me in tears. I was so moved by the whole thing. A definite must read for anyone who loves food.
