I liked this book more than the 1st one.
The character development of Pim is fascinating, agonizing and so beautifully written. I love the mix of POV's and looking into both of the character's minds. I love Pim and how vulnerable and pitiful she is and yet has the strongest willpower. And Elder is an intriguing character. I'm eager to learn about him in the next book. Some parts are so beautiful written. I kept reading and reading and could not stop!
