I really wanted to love this. The idea was 11/10 but the execution for me, was not it. There wasn’t really anything going on for 300 pages. Cole’s inner monologue got very repetitive and I found her to be quite annoying at times. The twist was easily expected and once the book hit the peak it was all wrapped up very quickly. I definitely also think it could’ve been much shorter.
