Listen I understand that going into a romance novel, romance is literally the point of it. I don’t like romance novels but dark Olympus has a choke hold on me. The world and politics Katee has created is wonderful, however this book just wasn’t it. It was chapter after chapter after chapter of “I want this man/woman” and smut. That was it. As for progression of the world building maybe five chapters mattered. 
AGAIN I know that reading a romance novel kinda requires the romance but the other 5 books in the series were so much better
