A Game of Choice by Alisha Williams

5.0

I was so excited to get my hands on this one, and it didn’t disappoint despite the utter messiness of it. Let’s call the first part of this the #messyera and pray Alisha delivers the goods that gives us that HEA in the finale. Lilly and Toby have such a tightly woven past (see Silver Valley U series) that is seems impossible for them not to be end game, but it’s also easy to see how they draw the wrong kind of attention because of their stepsibling status. I loved that we got to see the progression of Lilly’s relationship with both guys. It would have been easy to keep Toby the focal point, but Bishop provides that love that sneak attacks you. Hands down best book boyfriend award goes to Bishop. This one is all heart, drama, secrets, and feelings. I can’t wait for resolution in the next one!
